table titles

How do I determine the size (height) of a table title row?  I'm using FM 9, and the frame it creates for my table titles seems to chop of the top little bit of tall characters, like upper case characters, and characters like lower case "f" or "t", or even "i".

The Table Designer just gives me the choice of whether or not I have a Table Title, and whether it's above or below the table.  And when I try to add space above the text in the Table Title using the Paragraph Designer for the particular paragraph tag I'm using in that title, it doesn't seem to have any impact.

    Correct answer Van Kurtz

Does the PDF show the characters chopped off at the top? If not, then it is an onscreen artifact that has no consequence to the output.

ok, that's it.  pdf looks good, so I guess that's all that counts.
