TableDesigner in FM12

The table-designer does not work in FM12 . How do you creat a table without this option?

Table > Table Designer missing or greyed-out?

Dialog appears but won't accept input?

Accepts input but fails to Apply?

If you can get TD up, does it have definitions for the typical Adobe default tables like "Format A"?

Does it fail on a specific document, or on all, esp. new from template?

My suspicion is a defective install, or perhaps a system configuration issue.

Using a native or virtual operating system?

What Windows version?

32- or 64-bit?

What patch level of FM12?
