Tables - Running Header (SubHeaders) Feature

Question

Would it be possible to add support of SubHeaders in tables? I have several documents that requir a standard header followed by subheader that change based on the content of the table. Need a feature like Running Headers except for tables. Example table on first page:

Header 1
Topic 1
SubTopic 1.1
SubSub Topic 1.1.1
Content
Content
SubSub Topic 1.1.2
Content

Example table that continues on next page:

Header 1
Topic 1 (Continued) (SubHeader)

In your continued table, is the "Subheader" something that you would enter or is this something that you want automatically picked up via a building block, e.g. <$paratext[SubTopic]> ?

You could manually do this now using cross-refs, but it wouldn't be automatically maintained at the top of the page if you add or remove content in previous pages.
