TCS 2015 doesn't install Acrobat

I recently upgraded to Windows 10, TCS wouldn't work properly. I tried reinstalling, most of the programs came back and were updated. Acrobat appears in the start menu but doesn't fire up. I spoke to someone on the phone who emailed me, asked me to reply to the email but no response.

Anyone else had this, any suggestions?
