Can Technical Communicaton Suite coexist on a PC with Adobe Web Premium CS4?  Any information is appreciated.

They are compatible. you will need to make certain choices about the programs that both programs install. For example, the Acrobat version installed by TSC2 is more capable than the one installed by Web Premium. Only install the parts you want.
