template Images in dita output pdf

I tried to publish my ditamap in PDF. In parameters I set my own template in order to generate the toc.
My template containing some graphics (logos..)
When I publish
My template is used for the toc, but graphics are replaced by a gray placeholders...

How to fix that? I have no idea where i have to put my graphics...

    Ensure that graphics in template are imported by copy rather than import by reference (kept at a location). That should fix the issue. thanks
