Text box follows flow.

I need to put some text boxes in the flow of my manual. This box will have instructions and it shold move when I add text to the main document. I know this should work, I just can't remember how to do it.

    Hi, you have to create an anchored frame and in the anchored frame create a text frame.

    The achored frame worked fine. It accomplised my task.

    Tables also work.

    Does the box need to be above or below the related text?

    I guess this would work also. I want text in the cell with a border around it.
