The Special menu items are gone except for Track Text Edit. How can I get them back?

The Special menu items have disappeared.  The only item left is Track Text Edits.  What happened to Page Break, Delete Page, etc. and how can I get them back.

Depending upon the version of FM that you are using, try:

1. View > Menus > Complete

2. Change your Workspace from Review to something else.
