How to display top and bottom view in individual page using textframe with zoom for framemaker using extendscript ?

You will have to explain that sentence before you can hope to get useful responses. I have no idea what you are trying to do, and I do not expect anyone else on the forum understands it.

    Do you have a page viewed in large zoom factor and want to see both the top and bottom of the page on the screen?

    1. Unfortunately you can not open a second instance of the file for view only and put it side by side to the original open document.
    2. Create a copy of the current file with a distinguishable name (you may do so in File Explorer while the file is open in FM).
    3. Open this file-copy
    4. (assuming FM-13/14 - aka edition 2015/2017) With Windows > Tile you get a side-by-side presentation
    5. Adjust the view with zoom level etc. and go to the desired page
