Do you have a page viewed in large zoom factor and want to see both the top and bottom of the page on the screen?

Unfortunately you can not open a second instance of the file for view only and put it side by side to the original open document.
Create a copy of the current file with a distinguishable name (you may do so in File Explorer while the file is open in FM).
Open this file-copy
(assuming FM-13/14 - aka edition 2015/2017) With Windows > Tile you get a side-by-side presentation
Adjust the view with zoom level etc. and go to the desired page
