To run framemaker in minimized mode

My application requires the framemaker exe to be run in minimized mode. However everytime I open the framemaker window in normal mode, the entries get updated in the maker.ini file in the current user settings and the framemaker opens in normal mode.

How can I make sure that the framemaker runs  for my application in minimized mode irrespective of the last settings in the maker.ini file.
