TOC Links not working, but Index links are...

My TOC creation is set up to create hyperlinks (as is the index). When I create a TOC or Update the book, the Index links work fine but the PDF links for the TOC don't work and Ctrl-Alt clicking on the TOC items in FM gives me an error message (attached). Any ideas on how to fix this?

    Hi Jeff. That actually is the TOC (minus some formatting finesse), but I think I actually figured out what was happening. The document names in the book had double-spaces between the letters/words. Changing the names to have single spaces only seems to have fixed it. 🙂

    What version of FM and how are you creating your PDFs? And that looks like an Index doc in your second image - not a TOC (at least to me).
