TOCs built from multiple paragraph tags; can I set it so only some of them include page #s?

I have books which have headings and topics in 6-8 paragraph styles I want to include in the TOC; generating the TOC puts page numbers after each tag (see example) so for example I have Level1Tag1 and Level1Tag2 which go together (Level1Tag1 as run-in and Level1Tag2 as In-column) and I want the page number after the Level1Tag2 but NOT after Level1Tag1. Similar situations with some other tags. Is there a way to dictate that only certain tags get page numbers?

If the paras for which no page# is desired, have distinct format names, it might be as simple as:
    open fileTOC.fm
View » Reference Pages … TOC
remove the ›…‹$pagenum› on the target paragraph templates
    Update Book
