trial form problem!!!

Hello i try to sing up a form for try for 1 moth framemaker 2015 (Release) but the form before your donwload  a product it dont work anymore . I also tried with other bronwer but ist the same can you fix it or can your send me  to my mail a Trial product key for framemaker 2015 (release) thank you i waiting for your answer
