Trouble with table ruling and shading in DITA

Hii

I am working on DITA1.2  having some trouble while saving table ruling and shading.

When I create a table  structure and apply some formatting styles it saves properly and close it but when i am going to open this file again the formatting gets disappeared in Framemaker2019.

can you please help me out of this problem.

On my system when I open a file, all formats, e.g., the table formats are taken from a template.

You too may have such templates which overrides your settings each time. Search for them and try to apply the changes there. Then open your file and see if the changes were transferred.
