Well, colour me dim and UI-challenged … but even after allowing Flash I've scrolled up and down this page several times and not seen a [REGISTER] link. Hints and tips welcome!
You need to click on the red link "NEW way to do Simplified XML authoring in FrameMaker 2015" right above the grey note box to get to the webinar site.
It takes you directly here: NEW way to do Simplified XML authoring in FrameMaker 2015. There you will see the [Register] button.
