Unable to edit User Variables in FM 2017

When I highlight a user variable (Table Continuation) and click edit, it brings me to Edit System Variable window. Is this a bug? I'm using Version: 14.0.3.500. Same thing happens for any user variable I try.

Table Continuation is not a user variable. It is a system variable.

In the Variables pod, System variables have a pink icon next to them and User variables have a blue icon next to them.
