Unable to print book with FM 10

I need to publish a book about to be finished, with FM 10 as a PDF file.  But something has happened to the software.  In the Book file, there is no option to print the book in any format at all.  There had been a few weeks ago, but it has disappeared.  If I go to a single chapter file, that can be printed, but not the book along with index, etc.
