Unable to print of PDF in FM 2022

Question

Hi, When I try to take pdf (File> Save as Review PDF> Send Through Email) of any FM file, I get the below error in Adobe FM and Adobe Acrobat applications, and PDF not generates.

Also, in the log file that generates at the time of pdf conversion, I get the below error.

So, I tried the below steps to fix the issue, but I couldn't:

Uninstall FM and reinstall it.
Uninstall Adobe acrobat and reinstall it.
Delete All open sans fonts (As I get the error for Open Sans font in the log file) and reinstall them again.

Can someone guide me on my mistakes, as I could not figure them out?

Hi,

Do you have update 1 of FrameMaker 2022 installed?

A few more questions:

Can you open your FrameMaker file without errors? Can you keep the file open, when you save as PDF? Then any font error messages should be already taken care of.

Can you save as PDF (with and without review) for a file with FrameMaker's default template?

And are your files structured or unstructured?

In Acrobat there is a preference to not create the PDF, when fonts are missing. Can you check that?

And can you create a regular PDF without review?

I also use the Open sans font, and I do not have any issues. Although not with review. Therefore it's not a general issue with this font.
