Unable to save as PDF

I'm trying to save my work as a PDF file but keep getting an error message: "FrameMaker could not find the Adobe PDF printer instance, which must be installed to execute the 'Save as PDF' command."

I’ve tried repairing Adobe Acrobat, manually adding the Adobe PDF printer (which does not show up when adding), and reinstalling both FrameMaker and Adobe Acrobat, but nothing worked. I've tried many solutions, but I’m still unable to resolve the issue.
