Unable to update text on Cover page

Hi,
I am in the midst of trying to update a cover page that I have copied from another book. My plan is to rename the title and other information, and add it to the book I am putting together.
So far I am unable to access the title in the cover page. I am including two screenshots to try and illustrate what I have. The screen titled 'Python cover page' is what I currently see when I click Body Pages. The second screen, 'Page in Master without title' shows what I see when I click Master Pages. I believe the three lines of text are variables that have been added to the cover page. Is there a way I can edit the text?
Any help would be great!

Thank you.

Any suspects at Insert » Variables?

When text isn't plain body text, the list of possibilities is actually fairly impressive: Variables, Xrefs, Text Insert, imported object (SVG, PDF, CGM, etc), Reference Page matter, Autonumber format prefix, custom font, and perhaps few more I've forgotten.

Without having the text symbols turned on, it's hard to tell what you can select on the body page, but if nothing can be selected, then go through the Master page and see what else is set in there (besides the background image) there should be more than one page in there I would think.
