Unable to upload the files to CMS

Hello All,

I have created DITA task Topic and saved as *.dita file

Now i want to upload this dota file to CMS repository, required connection is done able to browse the Documentum cabinets

But when click on Uplaod active document i get following error.

Create Operation failed.

Task name [id=null] Properties {object_name=<file_name>, File not found at E:\Program Files\AdobeFrameMaker12\Structure\xml\XML_DITA_Sample\TechnicalContent\dtd\task.dtd.

Am I missing anything.. as per error location file is missing.. but i am trying to create new DITA Topic task and got created but while upload to CMS repository creating problem..
