I'm working in unstructured Frame 11 in Win7.

I'm getting an Unavailable Fonts error message for a document I've worked on very recently. I know iI have the fonts, and they are installed correctly.

The odd thing is that the substitution fonts are not listed in my font library.

The exact message follows:

The "HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt" Font is not available.

"HelveticaNeueLTStd-LtEx" will be used in this session.

The "HelveticaNeueLTStd-Roman" Font is not available.

"HelveticaNeueLTStd-Bd" will be used in this session.

The "HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt Bolded" Font is not available.

"HelveticaNeueLTStd-LtEx" will be used in this session.

The "HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt Light Italic" Font is not available.

"HelveticaNeueLTStd-LtEx" will be used in this session.

The "HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt Bolded Obliqued" Font is not available.

"HelveticaNeueLTStd-LtEx" will be used in this session.

The "HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt Obliqued" Font is not available.

"HelveticaNeueLTStd-LtEx" will be used in this session.

The "HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt Bolded" Font is not available.

"HelveticaNeueLTStd-LtEx" will be used in this session.

The "HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt" Font is not available.

"HelveticaNeueLTStd-LtEx" will be used in this session.

Any one have any ideas on how to solve this?

    > ... the Bolded and Obliqued refrences indicate that you have specified synthetic variants ...

... which are available to Windows Frame only when a PostScript or ps-like printer (PDFwriter, ADISTIL, etc.) is configured during edit. If you have a non-Ps printer configured, such as hp PCL, this error pops for those font variations.

You need to double-check your installed fonts. For some reason HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt is not available to FM in your current configuration. Also, the Bolded and Obliqued refrences indicate that you have specified synthetic variants instead of a true bold or italic as they should be showing from the linked family names.

The "HelveticaNeueLTStd-LtEx" subsitution listed is not the valid Windows family name for the light-extended version (it should be "HelveticaNeueLT Std Lt Ext") - it's showing the Postscript name.

Try using the Replace Fonts pod to reset the usage.
