Are you asking how to learn how to use Adobe FrameMaker?

You can watch the free tutorials on http://tv.adobe.com/videos/framemaker/ , you can purchase a book on FrameMaker (https://www.amazon.com/FrameMaker-Creating-publishing-Sullivan-2015-10-06/dp/B017YC7T8M/ref=sr_1_2?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1479221076&sr=1-2&keywords=framemaker+2015) or you could attend a training class. We have an online Introduction to Adobe FrameMaker 2015 class starting on November 28 with two spaces still available as of this morning: https://www.rockymountaintraining.com/product/introduction-to-adobe-framemaker-2015-unstructured/
