Unicode characters not handled correctly in Hypertext commands

I have just submitted bug report FRMAKER-10792 Although discovered in FM-15.0.8.979 , it's the same in FM-16.0.2

Withe PDFL route I get this result (see the highlighted word):

The characters are correctly in PDF if created via Distiller route. In FM you also see it correctly:

The incriminated character is U+2019

Upvoted the Tracker.

If you're feeling adventurous, you could also try a Unicode SMP character in that scenario (codepoint above U+FFFF), to see if it renders as
. similar semi-randoms,
. the "?" more typical of FM SMP rendering to date, or
. something more serious.
