Uninstall FrameMaker 11 and reinstall on a second PC

I've a licenced copy of FrameMaker 11 which I've legally installed on two virtual PCs (both on Macs running Windows XP in VMWare Fusion).

On this older Mac, I've also got a full licence for FrameMaker 9 which I will need to uninstall.

I now want to remove this licence from an old Mac and put it on a new PC running Windows 7 (a proper PC not a Mac).  I also want this to be registered at Adobe HQ, so that I don't get an in-your-face message saying this licence has been used to the max.

As usual with the internet, even being very precise with the question, I get replies from window cleaners, market gardners and hang glider salesmen, among another 50,000+ useless comments.

I'm guessing, with a PC's uninstall program this should be easy; but the important thing is to notify Adobe that the uninstall has taken place.

I could also just go ahead and delete the virtual PC I have on my old Mac, but I'm fairly certain this won't register with  Adobe.

I can't get a sensible answer to this problem, so would really appreciate it if anyone else has a worthwhile remedy.

Simply deactivate (under the Help menu) the copy of FM before you uninstall it. Then you can install it an re-activate it on your new machine.
