update failed suppression administrator

I try to install AdobeFramemaker_11_0_2 update and I get the following message:

Update couldnot be applied: Please contact your administrator if you wish to apply updates to your machine

Updates have been suppressd by your administrator

I am full administrator at my machine. What could be the problem...?

Hi There,

Close all the Applications.

Open the location mentioned below

C:\Program Files(x86)\Common Files\Adobe\AAMUpdaterInventory\1.0

There will be a AdobeUpdaterAdminPrefs.dat. Open this .dat file in notepad and then change the value from 1 to 0. Save it.

Then run the Installer update once again.

Check to see that you have full rights to your c:\program files(x86)\ folder?
