I cannot seem to update my FrameMaker Version 16 (subscription) in Windows 11. It is looking for an "auphd" file. Is there any way to download the update from Adobe?

It was sounding like you already had FM2020 installed and the Help > Updates wasn't working for you. BTW As of Feb 2022, FM has not been "officially certified" yet to run with Win11.

Yes, that's exactly my situation. I haven't had any issues yet, but wish I had waited on the Windows 11 upgrade since FrameMaker is my work lifeline. Thanks for your responses. I'll post up any upcoming issues that may be of help to others.

See https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/enterprise-support.other.html#framemaker for your Adobe Support options. I'd recommend using the tcssup@adobe.com e-mail address as it reaches a team dedicated to Technical Communication Suite products including FrameMaker.

Thank you. Once I posted this, the following appeared next to my post, so I was able to get my upgrade. But, I have bookmarked this website for future inquiries. Thanks again!
