Upgrading FM 10 to 11

Need help in upgrading frame maker 10 SKU license from version 10 to 11 , If not 11 can we upgrade it to 15 and then downgrade it to 11 ? If possible how can we get in touch Adobe sales team. This is a commerical requirement and its been difficult me to get this answer
