User Manual template

Does anyone know where I can find a Framemaker template for a User's Guide?  Rather than re-invent the wheel, maybe there's an existing format I can use?  Just need the standard innards: TOC, some kind of body format, multiple chapters, list of figures, list of tables.  Anyone?

Click File > New > Document, the New window is opened. At the lower left, there are buttons called Explore Standard and Explore Structured. If you click Explore Standard, you'll see a set of templates for most of what you're looking for. Includes a cover page but does not include a page for LOT/LOF. TOCs/LOTs/LOFs are pretty much the same, though, so you can use the TOC to create the others.

The Frameusers site has the old Adobe templates (from version 5.something or other) available here: https://www.frameusers.com/tools/

These templates do not come with a front or back cover and like the above only have a TOC page in addition to the regular page. They also don't include Index pages.

I thought the template packs were still available from Adobe, but I can't figure out how to get to them.

Edited to add: The old Sun guide, Read Me First, is available on Amazon and contains a CD with the templates Sun developed for its documentation. https://www.amazon.com/First-Style-Guide-Computer-Industry-dp-0137058268/dp/0137058268

Another option is going to The FrameMaker Templates Shop: https://framemaker.dk/en/shop

... which is my small webshop selling FrameMaker templates 🙂

At last some of Bjorn's templates are also available from the Frameusers site. 🙂

Correction: they're not on the site, but they are linked to from the site.
