View Color Definitions does not scroll

i am trying to resolve some inconsistent color definition errors

i have used the File>Import>Colors which resolves a lot of them

but there is one i cant even display in a file that is complaining about it

and I cant use view>color>definition to delete it

since the drop down does not scroll i cant get to what i expect is a more complete list of the colors for that file

The Name: drop down has a scroll ARROW but clicking on it brings up the color at he arrow not more colors

The answer was demonstrated to me through an Adobe Support Chat.

Of all things you have to use the keyboard arrow keys to scroll the list of color definitions. The mouse will not work to scroll.
