Want to publish to HTML 5 only and not have left/right/first pages

I'm wanting to create (or find) a basic FM document that can be published to HTML 5. As a result, I don't need or want right/left/first pages. But every time I try to create a brand new, blank project, it automatically comes with those master pages. Deleting them isn't working.

Advice?

    Are these not working?
File » New » Document [Custom]
    ⦿ Single-Sided
    …or… for an existing document:
    Format » Page Layout » Pagination…
    ⦿ Single-Sided

All FM documents can be published as HTML5. Have right/left pages doen't matter.

    This design for instance: https://framemaker.dk/en/shop/product/44-quiote-us-letter-template-for-technical-documentation

is made with right and left pages. I made an sts file for it, allowing it top publish like this:

@FrameMaker-dk - that's exactly what I was thinking - creating HTML doesn't care about left/right layouts; that all print-oriented stuff.
