I am using Frame 12 and all of a sudden I started getting the following errors. PDF and book seem fine.

When? Doing what? The log looks like Distiller error syntax.

It wouldn't hurt to save a copy of the book and component files, then do a MIF wash on the lot.

Unstructured. Meaning that nothing really changed in the book and I got this warning. It is distiller. Do you know what it is?
