We can't verify your subscription status.


Hello everyone, I woke up one day to get to work, and when I turned it on I saw this panel with an error.

“We can't reach the Adobe servers. This may be because you're not connected to the internet. Check your connection and try again below. If you're still having issues, please see our connectivity troubleshooting guide. ERROR CODE 12015 “

I've tried all the troubleshooting steps in the guide, but nothing works.
I checked that the plan is paid for, but something's still not working. Has anyone encountered this problem?

I would be very grateful for your help.

    I think you’ve posted in the wrong forum - this is the FrameMaker one, not the After Effects one you normally post in.
