"Welcome to our help center" Framemaker

Kia Ora everyone, 

 

I've been playing with the Indigo skin and really like the look and feel of it, 

 

Just curious about whether or not I can change the "Welcome to our Help Center" tag line. 

 

I'm aware this is possible within Robohelp, however i'm doing this within Framemaker. 

 

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
