What happened to the FM "Tour" chapter?

The Chapter on "A Quick Tour of FrameMaker" somehow got lost in the addition of all of the Structured components for the version 7.x releases. This material covered the "basics" in unstructured mode - there might have been reasons for this, but it orphaned the Tour folder contents.

Attached is the PDF from the FM5.5 User Guide for the quick tour chapter.
