What is the best way to clean up my catalogs?

I am working in FM11. What's the best way to clean up my paragraph and font catalogs. The previous writer used quite a few paragraph tags that I no longer  need. My concern is to keep the tags I am using or may use and delete the wonky ones. Is there a way to print a list of used tags for all chapters in the book? I am hoping this will also help with the "unavailable fonts" error I get in almost every chapter when I open my book. Thanks for your help.

Click on the Options button at the bottom of your catalog listing and you will get some of the options that you need:

The alternative is to use a third-party tool set like Steve Kubis' Paragraph/Character/CrossReference/Table/Color/Variable Tools at: Silicon Prairie - FrameMaker Products

These will allow you to list all tags in use and to delete all not in use; map tags between documents (great for importing from other document types like Word), etc. Well worth the price.
