What's the procedure for styling the numbers (sans decimal) in an ordered list? (The output is Responsive HTML5.)

Specifically, I need to specify font, font-size, and color for the numbers only. I've tried defining the style attributes in main.css and from Style Mapping on the Publish Settings form. I'm running FrameMaker 12 and generating the Responsive HTML5 with Publish.
