When using the Optimize PDF File tool, I get ERROR: Cannot open file 85076.

I am using 13.0.5.547.  I do not reference a file by the name 85076.  What causes this error?

1. I have Adobe Acrobat Pro set as my default printer.

2. Rely on system fonts only is unchecked.

3. Generate Acrobat Data is checked on to create a .ps file.

I am trying to resolve an issue where some cross references within my Book do not work in the PDF but do work within Framemaker.
