Which HELP to use when importing Framemaker book

I am trying to a.) construct a help system that will be run on our customer's server with the web based application.

RoboHelp allows us to import the whole book ( is this correct? From within Robohelp)) and we can retain all our styles (framemaker styles?). I am using Robohelp/ Framemaker and the Technical Communication Suite.
