Hi FmUser:

Revision dates (and numbers) are ofter entered on the body page as corrections are made,  particularly when creating an LEP. Did the frames that hold them appear when you applied the correct master page? If so, just enter in the correct information.

If you are not sure, I'm happy to take a look at the file.

Doing the Format to Apply Master Page path didn’t work. It already has the page numbers correct on what to apply to which pages and the final page is included. Tried it and nothing changed

Hi FmUser:

Is your last page using the same master page as one that is working? If not, assign the correct master via Format > Page Layout > Master Page Usage (or Format > Page Layout > Apply Master pages if you have defined a master page mapping table.)

Structured or unstructured FM? Was it it doing it before & now it's not - or was it never working?

It is unstructured. All the running page numbers etc in the header are fine except for the final page (only 26 pages in this doc). The final page is all good except no Revision Letter or Revision Date that is on all the other pages.
