Why is the 'publish' option not enabled in my FrameMaker Version 11.0?

Just need help to activate Publish option in FrameMaker 11. How to activate this option? Please mention if I need to install some plug-in for the same.

This is the screenshot for the same as you can see the 'Publish' option is grayed out.

Sorry about that - I just checked my copy of FM11's help - on this page - Adobe FrameMaker 11 * Publishing the current document - it mentions that the "Publish" option is only there if you've got the Tech Comm Suite.

Use the Help>Updates command to download the latest Fm11 patch files. If that doesn't work, see Adobe - FrameMaker : For Windows

I have updated the version. Now it's 11.0.2.384.

I still have the same issue. Publish option is grayed out.

Please help.
