Is it possible to find and copy whatever file defines your saved workspace? I had to reinstall Frame on my home PC and I was wondering if there was a way to match my pod setup without doing each tool one at a time.

    Hi,

Yes. You can do this. It could be that this does not work, when you have different versions.

    The workspace files are here:

    c:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\FrameMaker\16\WorkSpaces\

Copy the relevant file and paste it into the same folder on the other PC.

Best is, when the names differ, so that you do not overwrite anything.

    Best regards

Thanks, that worked perfectly! I added the two config files (*.fws and *.cfws) to the proper folder, and when I re-started Frame my work PC's workspace was there. 🙂

    Cheers,
