Zoom in Status Bar undocks file

Has anybody else noticed this? I just found it. If you select either Fit Window to Page or Fit Window to Frame, the file undocks from the interface and is in its own window.

I've reported it as a bug, and now I'm second guessing myself.

In FM-15 I get the undock with Fit Window to Page, but not with Fit Page to Window.

I often get in (FM 2019) when use Ctrl+ Mouse Scroll Wheel to zoom.

Might be related, but the only thing I'm using when it happens to me is the left mouse button.
