2 troubles with my color wheel in Fresco

I'm having 2 troubles with my color wheel in Fresco.

 

#1 Often I can't choose a color anymore, it just doesn't work. I have to close everything and reopen it.

 

#2 Otherwise, I have another problem: Sometimes, too often, when I want to change my used color, I choose a second one and then I end up with 2 colors selected at the same time, one in the chromatic color square and a second in the circle that surrounds it. I don't know what color I'm drawing every time!

Does anyone have a solution?

I use Fresco Premium (under a subscription plan).
I am working on a Microsoft Surface Laptop 2 on Microsoft Windows 11 OS.

Seriously? I opened a chat and it's insulting to see the little respect you have for your consumers with such a high bill for your products!

 

The chat agent wasn't reading my replies. I mentioned my operating system information at the beginning of the conversation. He suggests I don't use a vector brush on a pixelated canvas (impossible!) and does so repeatedly. Then he continues with:

 

The guy answers me: are you using it on an iPad?

I repeat my information to him: I am working on a Microsoft Surface Laptop 2 on Microsoft Windows 11 OS

He replies: It will work on an Ipad!

 

WOW, that's laughing at people!

I pay enough for my license to deserve a service!

I completely understand your frustration, and I sincerely appreciate your patience. I checked the conversation, and it looks like the topic might have gone sideways due to a translation issue. I spoke with the agent, and what they actually meant to ask was whether you have access to an iPad or could check on one—not that the issue would only work on an iPad.

 

The team tested on an iPad and couldn’t reproduce the behavior. Attaching a screen recording for your reference.
What they really wanted to check was your system’s GPU driver, as this could be causing the issue where two color picker icons appear. Normally, the color picker icons should disappear after selecting a color, so this discrepancy is unusual.

 

Let me also check with a broader team to see if anyone else has been able to replicate this behavior, as it seems like a rare case.

 

Also, just to clarify, Adobe Fresco itself is a free app that is available to all users. Your Creative Cloud subscription (or any other Adobe subscription) gives you access to premium fonts only in Fresco, but the app remains the same for all users.

It's not a translation problem. The conversation was in English at that time.

 

You have reproduced part of my problem, but on the wrong device. In my case my software no longer responds, I have to close it very often.

 

I don't have an iPad, I have a Microsoft Surface Laptop 2 running Microsoft Windows 11.  I am working with NVIDIA Studio Driver version 572.83. I don't work with the Gaming version, for me, it doesn't work with Fresco.

 

Let me explain again.

 

Here my problems:

#1 Problem: I can no longer select any color, I have to close and reopen the application very often.

#2 Problem: Sometimes, too often, when I want to change my used color, I chose a second one and then I ended up with 2 colors selected at the same time, one in the chromatic color square and a second one in the area that surrounds it. At this point, I am unable to select a new color from the outer wheel and/or I can no longer draw: back to problem #1.

Unfortunately, I have had several conflicting versions on the subject of Fresco being free for everyone. But that's another subject.

Could you check if all of your work is synced online (https://adobe.ly/3XYrUjB)? If yes, please try resetting Fresco (https://adobe.ly/43rkycc...) and share your observations.
Also, check if your Fresco app is updated to version 5.5.5 and share your observations

 

If the issue persists, kindly share the system report(https://adobe.ly/3Y46HEW) and a small screen recording of the problem, so I can check it with the team.

Yes my files are synced. I tried the Fresco reset and the same 2 problems occurred. I would like to send you the system report and video from my creative cloud. Please tell me where I can send them.
