Absolute beginner here. Can I copy “expand” the size of my image by copying it, duplicating, and joining - i.e., I want to repeat the complete drawing

I have a complete drawing that I want to upload onto a print on demand product. The image does not cover the entire product. I know I can increase the size of the image but that distorts it and I will no longer have the entire drawing on the product. Instead, I want to keep the original size of my image but duplicate it so my image is repeated in its original size.
