Adobe Fresco crashes on startup v4.6.1

I've been using the program for around a year now and uninstalled it a few days ago when my school subscription ended only to download it again on a personal account. It's worked completely fine the entire time but now that I've reinstalled it on my personal account it crashes after "loading documents." I tried restarting my PC, uninstalling and reinstalling both Fresco and Creative Cloud, but so far nothing has worked. I've seen a few others experience the same thing with 4.6 and wondering if this is an issue with the program itself.

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience crashes when using Fresco, especially when your projects are saved on it. Would you mind trying to install an earlier version of Fresco v4.0 using this link and checking if it helps: (https://ccmdls.adobe.com/AdobeESD/FRSC/4.0.0/win64/65329b20-2fb0-4131-a587-6df11b7f46e4/Adobe_Fresco.zip?token=exp=1686666146~hmac=e65408c223fae3eb53a25ae42e35a7eec286ac30274b53decad01bc76ddc6032).
