Adobe Fresco crashing on launch on windows 10 desktop PC

On my desktop, whenever I launch Adobe Fresco, it shows a screen that says Adobe Fresco(The screen that shows up before it crashes is attatched.) then crashes. I can use Fresco on my surface and IPad but not desktop. This issue has been going on for a while. I have tried relaunching creative cloud. I have tried updating windows and my nvidia drivers but nothing has worked. Any help would be appriciated. Thank you in advanced.

My specs:

GPU-Nvidia GeForce GTX 980 TI

CPU-Intel Core i5 9400F 2.9 GHz

Ram-16 GB

same problem her on Dell XPS 9560 with gforce gtx1050 and on my desktop pc with gforce gtx1080

I have even tried to format my computer and reinstall Windows.

Can only concur here. Have the same problem and now waiting for 3.2, hoping that would solve it.

Nvidia drivers and Windows updated. Reinstalled CC and also started Fresco as administrator. Compatibility problems per Windows tried to solve. Unfortunately all without success.

When starting Fresco, it immediately crashes again.

AMD Ryzen 7 5800X
