Adobe Fresco lose brush suddenly, none of them reappearing or anything

I need some method for restoring the brushes. As for the reason why the imported abr brushes and the brushes added from Fresco's online collection are LOST, i have no idea. I literally woke up to this and is currently regret having taking a nap. Before closing Fresco, I carefully saved the file every time. And this just happens. Windows is updated, wacom is updated, nothing caused Fresco to close suddenly. I also tried to revert to previous versions, but it didnt help either.

Also I dont think there's any hope restoring it from the Cloud library. Because the page is currently... not working properly, I attached a video for that.
