Adobe Fresco stuck on "Opening"

I cant open access my files from Adobe Cloud! Even on my mac. its stuck like that for hours. i have deadlines to meet! please help

Can you please tell when exactly this happens? What operation do you perform? Also, you said “even on my mac”. Does it mean that it happens on a mix of Mac and Windows machines?

I tried opening one of my projects in adobe fresco in ipad which is stored in the cloud.

i was stuck for hours in the loading window. i tried to access it through my adobecloud from my mac and still stuck for hours. i let that load overnight and its open but i cant wait hours for each project, i doesnt make sense that my project are only stored in the cloud.

I still have to wait hours to open other projects.
I love adobe fresco but it’s not sustainable for a professionals who need to meet their deadlines. I will find another drawing app.
