Adobe Fresco (v4.6.1) crashes during "Loading Documents" on start up

I've been having this issue for a little while now that has completely locked me out of being able to use Fresco. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, installed the previous version of the app available (v4.6.0), I have tried running it as administrator, I have turned off my firewall, I've made sure Adobe Creative Cloud was synced, and so far nothing has made it work. I have also now used the Log Collector tool so hopefully help but right now I'm at a loss for what to do so I can actually use this software again.

I have the same issue. I created a new user on Windows 10 and  it works there. Same machine and video card. So it must be something  to do with the user. I would like to be able to fix it for my normal user and not have to switch users just to use Fresco. Anybody have any ideas?

I have same problem on 2 different computers. One is 10 years old and other one is 1 year old and different settings. I think its something wrong with the new versions.
The Fresco version 4.0 works fine after download and install

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience crashes when using Fresco, especially when your projects are saved on it. Our Product Team is aware of the problems in the latest release of Fresco and is working to fix these in a future release.

Hi Anubhav,

Luckily at least with the cloud I have access to the projects elsewhere so at least I was able to access what I had in the meantime. Thanks for sending across that download link, I've just installed it now and version 4.0 has started up without issue and is able to see and open the cloud documents that were there previously.
